1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Win69 platform – whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the Win69 app – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. This agreement becomes effective from the moment you register an account or begin using any part of the platform.

If you are using Win69 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. In all cases, you remain personally responsible for compliance.

2 Eligibility

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on Win69 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Win69 currently accepts deposits through the following channels:

• GCash (e-wallet)
• Maya (e-wallet)
• Philippine online and mobile banking
• Local bank transfers

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals on Win69.

Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed through the respective payment channel. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed during the deposit process. Win69 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may have their own transaction charges.

5 Withdrawals

• Bets once confirmed are generally final and cannot be cancelled or amended unless Win69 explicitly allows it for a specific market.
• Win69 reserves the right to void bets that have been placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price or odds being displayed, Win69 may void affected bets and return the stake to the player's account.

For sports betting, all results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. Win69 does not settle bets based on unofficial scores, social media announcements, or broadcast graphics.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Win69 and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets, and forfeiture of balances:

9 Account Suspension and Closure
